At last our book has arrived! It turned out so incredible and it is clear how much work and effort was put into creating this masterpiece! The writing and illustrations took lots of planning, editing and many drafts.
We used the Convention on the Rights of the Child to inspire us and begin to have conversations about how childhood should be a fun and healthy experience for all. Unfortunately this isn't the case around the world. We wrote this book and dedicated it to children all over the world while discussing what we need to be happy and healthy. We also discussed how everyone's needs were different and it is important that all children's rights are met.

We will have the book on display at our Celebration of Learning in March and a copy has been donated to the CJFS Library that will be available for us to take home to show our families if we did not purchase our own.
